The present clauses apply to customers making pre-bookings.

The current text describes the legal framework of your participation to www.alps4pros.com, your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from our services.

All use of the site and the pre-booking services must be in accordance with the following general conditions. If you do not accept the current general conditions, please stop immediately using www.alps4pros.com.

You can print and keep a copy of those general conditions. They constitute a legal agreement between you and www.alps4pros.com and can be modified only with our agreement. The current version of general conditions is the one in force and will be applied to any pre-booking made.

Making Bookings and Cancellations

We act as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers; that means that the contract is concluded between you and the supplier. In most of the case, that means that there are additional terms ruling the contract, each supplier can have their own terms and conditions. Although we provide information concerning suppliers’ general conditions in the description of our products, those information are not an exhaustive list of the general conditions of all the suppliers. These general conditions, specific to the supplier X, will be attached to the contract.

www.alps4pros.com enables you to consult professional tariffs of accommodation, transfers, rental of ski equipments and ski lessons. For accommodations, the indicative availabilities are also provided.

When you make a pre-booking, a contract/proposal is issued when you have filled in all the information, once you have clicked on the button "SEND PRE-BOOKING" on the appropriate web page and then once the availability has been confirmed by the supplier.

www.alps4pros.com is an agent for third party suppliers; consequently www.alps4pros.com endeavors to update regularly offers’ availabilities on its Internet site. However www.alps4pros.com can not guarantee the effective availability of an offer at the time of pre-booking request. The request will be validated or not by www.alps4pros.com within maximum 48h. www.alps4pros.com reserves the right to not follow up a request for pre-booking made on its Internet site if the supplier’s availabilities are not compatible with the formulated request.

www.alps4pros.com is not an online services purchasing website. Thus no payment will be carried out on line. Monetary transactions and flows will be directly established between the customer and the supplier. All the information concerning payment will be given to the customer in the contract.
By using www.alps4pros.com, you declare that the information you provide when you book are exact.

You can cancel your request by contacting us directly within 24h after the pre-booking. We will inform the supplier within a reasonable time. Please notice that the supplier can envisage cancellation charges, according to the date of your cancellation. We do not assume any responsibility concerning the committed expenses of cancellation.

Exactitude of information and exclusion of responsibility

We strive to guarantee that all the information of the website are exact. If you notice an inaccuracy, please inform us and we will correct it, in case of need, as soon as possible. We do not declare that the information are exact and updated or exhaustive and we do not assume any responsibility in case of loss or for raised damage by inaccurate information. Your contract being concluded with a third party supplier, all requests or complaints must be addressed to him. Its names, address and contact details will appear on the contract we will send you.
